Achievements
• In re: Foundation for New Era Philanthropy -- Represented bankruptcy Trustee with day-to-day responsibility for all non-bankruptcy litigation. Litigated against Prudential Securities Inc., and New Era's accounting and law firms. The Court, in its opinion approving the class settlement, stated "... we wish to make special note of the extraordinarily high levels of lawyering consistently demonstrated by the Trustee's Special Counsel...Robert D. Greenbaum, Esq. ..." All of the litigation for which we were engaged was settled for approximately $21 million.
