Before forming Robert D. Greenbaum & Associates LLC, Mr. Greenbaum was a shareholder at a prominent Philadelphia class action boutique. The practice focuses on corporate law, real estate transactions, and commercial and class action litigation. Mr. Greenbaum also serves as a Federal Court appointed and commercial litigation arbitrator and mediator. Mr. Greenbaum is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Washington, D.C.
